NW Youth & Juniors Registrations are Open!

Registration for the North West Youth & Juniors 2024 season is now open on GameDay!

New Players

  • All new players will be required to register on GameDay. Parent/guardians should follow the above link, please note the parent/guardian will need to upload proof of age ID and a photo of the player.
  • The Club will receive a notification that a player is trying to register to their Club (has a pending registration to their Club).
  • David Lowe will approve all new player registrations – this is a system requirement and allows us the opportunity to confirm the players age

Re-registering Players

  • Players that were previously registered to the club can re-register using the email address associated with their account. If an email address is not on the system or requires amending the club/player will need to email the RFL for this to be updated on the system prior to the player attempting the re-registration process.
  • Once the email address is on the GameDay system the players will be able to follow the process to re-register to the Club.  The guide for how to do this can be found here Re-registration Tutorial

In the event that an email address has changed then the Club must email gamedaysupport@rfl.co.uk or David Lowe who will update the records on the system.

Transfers

  • Transfers must be submitted in accordance with the League rules. These will be conducted using a paper form as per previous seasons.
  • Once this is approved the player will receive an email and will have the ability to update their details and confirm their registration to the new Club. The transfer will not be finalised until the transferring player has followed the instructions in the email they will receive. A guide for players on this process can be found here Players Guide to Finalising a Transfer.

Registering Volunteers – Coaches, First Aiders and Club Personnel
It will be a requirement in 2024, as it was last season, to register coaches and key volunteers within your Club, this process is very similar to the one for players.

It is optional for volunteers to become an Our League Active member or donate.

The volunteers that require registering are:

  • Chairperson
  • Club Welfare Officer
  • Secretary
  • Licensed Coach
  • First Aider
  • Game Day Manager

Coaches must be fully licensed (hold a level 2 coaching badge, a current DBS, an SPC qualification and signed the Coaches Code of Conduct) and must have completed the 2024 CoachRight module on Our Learning Zone. Coaches will be directly communicated with regarding this requirement.
